Executive Search Process:

1. Identifying client needs:
Gaining a clear insight into the client's business and the role - Assignment Initiation.
Schedule a personal meeting where we will refine the required candidate profile.

2. Talent search:
After the refinement of the required profile, we start with the sourcing of potential candidates through our networks (industry-leading database, talent pools, direct search), advertising and social media.

3. Talent Selection:
Identification of suitable candidates: interviews, assessments and reference checks.

4. Presenting shortlist:
Presentation of appropriate candidates, based on profile, experience, skills, availability and qualifications.(3-5 candidates)



5. Interviews with employer:
Your opportunity to interview candidates to assess the best fit with requirements and corporate culture.


6. Placement:
Following a successful interview, our Consultant will assist and lead the negotiations between you and your chosen candidate. This includes supporting you in offering the candidate a suitably attractive remuneration package and planning for their smooth integration into your organisation.


7. Post placement follow-up:
Follow-up meetings with you and the candidate to ensure placement success and continuous improvement of our service
